Do You Watch End Credits?

You know, it occured to me that I had stopped watching the end credits for films. I'm now trying to force myself, as they offer a nice conclusion to a film, and usually have wonderful soundtracks over them. Am I the only one though, that fast forwards (or stops) a film right after the story is over?

I rarely watch end credits. Unless I'm looking for specific information, the song is enjoyable, the credits are cool, or I know there's something more after the credits I don't watch them.

Yeah, they have to be pretty kickass credits (like 'The Beyond' - turn up that volume, baby!) for me to voluntarily sit thru them. If I haven't seen the movie I'll fast forward thru them in case there's something at the end.

However, I always sit through them at the cinema, because:
a) There might be something after them; and
b) It gives the common folk a chance to piss off.

I sometimes let the end credits roll in the background, if it's a movie I've never seen before. I don't usually watch them if I've already seen the movie before. The rare exception being movies that have some footage in the end credits...like outtakes.

I always do in the theater for reasons listed above. I may not always at home, unless there is a song title I need or if the music and/or visuals are especially compelling.

Yeah, and picking up incidental music credits can be useful too.

I read the credits all the time. Usually to look for songs, but also filming locations, and also just to see if I recognize any of the names. Also, when I was pregnant, I thought movie credits were a cool place to look for prospective baby names. Resident Evil was filmed somewhere in Europe, and practically the entire cast has a cool European name.

I don't always watch them, but I leave them on, no matter what. As in, I never fast forward throught them or shut them off. They're part of the movie, as far as I'm concerned.

I always try to watch the end credits if possible.
Sometimes there's a nice little surprise hidden at the end.
Most recently: Cabin Fever.

On DVDs I speed through them to see if there are any after thought shots like bloopers. Other than that I don't pay too much attention to them.

I don't usually watch em, but always fast forward to look for bloopers/extra scenes etc. when I first watch a disc.
Sometimes I'll stay at the theater.

I usually stay for all end credits, in theatre and at home. My friends get all pissy but I say fuck them. I wanna know who made the film I just watched. Its pretty cool to get to the make up artists credits section and spot out people I know from other films.

Unless I am looking for some info from the credits (actor, song title, etc.), or there is great music or outtakes, I almost always stop the movie when the credits start. Sounds like I am missing my share of the things at the end of the movies (Cabin Fever for example).

no and it annoys me when someone says they have to watch them.
