OK, I know this flick is a board favorite....so the fact that I don't know EVERYTHING about it may have me cast out of horror-fan-land.

BUT...in the beginning we see the girl stabbed and the other woman killed with the pane of glass in her face. During the movie we get a glipse of "someone" walking down the hallway with what appears to be a cape on. We see the roomate almost forced into a pit of barbed wire. Here is my question (PLEASE dont think I'm stupid), but who was actually doing the killings??!! I didnt think it was the 2 head women of the school...and I thought it might have been the "queen", but in the beginning, the hand of the killer was shown and it looked male. Help guys.

I think the general consensus is that the witches either conjured up some beastly creature or just used their powers over some man to do their killings for them.

I actually started wondering about a vampire-type entity. Witches and vampires are usually mentioned together and we DID see a bat attack

Have you guys seen Inferno? I always thought the same character living at the bottom of the library, was this person (or someone like him, the alchemist).

I've said this in another thread, but I think Miss Tanner was doing the killings. The hairy arms are a dead giveaway.

Good point. I change my vote to him or a similar alchemist in the school as yet unseen.

I think it could have been one of the witches transformed. Just another idea.

Maybe it'll be explained in the final movie when it comes out.
