So here I am once more....
Another couple of DVDs I'm buying in the near future.I'm having my birthday next week and hope to receive some hard Euros!
WHTDTYD I will wait for Xploited to list it,could well be next week?:
  • Blood And Black Lace - Adrian Luther Smith (Yep,I still haven't got it yet )
  • Danger Diabolik (M.Bava)
  • Once Upon A Time In Italy (AB's Spaghetti Collection)
  • Your Vice Is A Closed Room... (Martino,NoShame)
  • What Have They Done To Your Daughters (Dallamano,Koch)
I can add some more depending on the budget...

But there's also a couple of CDs I really need so I'll see about the last three.

Have you ever seen this one? I was interested once I read it was a bit like Mario Bava's "Shock". I have it on pre-order along with "Your Vice.." , but I was just looking for some info on it.

No,I've never seen it but I think it'll be fun.
All I could find I posted in this thread:
http://www.horrordvds.com/vb3forum/s...ad.php?t=24796

I especially like this part
Quote:
The movie is visually impressive, odd in the plot (with a good sense of suspense), full of mystery and fascination for irrational. I think that in the italian `fantastic' genre "Un sussurro nel buio" is among the best and the most original ones: Marcello Aliprandi may be compared with directors like Mario Bava, Pupi Avati and Michele Soavi. Even if it isn't always a very solid movie, if you like this italian genre you must see this refined film.
So I decided that I "must see this refined film" .
The link I provided there is dead now.

Damn!
I just checked Amazon.com if they shipped my book (Blood And Black lace) but now it's delayed till October 5 with a delivery estimate between october 18 and December 8!.
It sucks (quite a bit) because I just want the damn Book!.
Amazon was the cheapest option for this book....
Anyway,I waited a long time to buy it so I guess I can wait a little longer.

Yeah you might have to wait a bit. I ordered it from Amazon.com on June 12th and they didn't ship it out to me untill August 5th.

I placed my order August 27.Between August 27 and December 8 are four months!
At least they won't charge untill it ships.
It's funny though. They probably have to order it from the UK themselves.
But when I order it from Amazon.co.uk,which is much nearer to Holland,I pay more! For the same book!Even Amazon.de is more expensive while it's theoratically possible for me to drive there and get the book.
But I want this book and will wait for it.

I don't think you will wait 4 months. My first shipping projection expired and they wrote me asking me if I still wanted to wait longer I said yes. They gave me a new estimate for like two months but it came around two weeks later.

Well they shipped my book a couple of days ago!Huzza!
The delivery estimate is December 8 though. But as you said it could be here much sooner.
Orders from the US usually take 2 to 3 weeks to get here.
Looking forward to it,oh yeah!

Normally tomorrow The New Barbarians and Almost Human should drop in my mailbox, I have high expectations for the latter, which might be bad 'cause 99% of high expectations never get fulfilled

Still, seems to me to be a safe bet!

OK,after ordering both "Suspected Death of a Minor" (Martino/Tarantini) and "The Puzzle" (Tessari),I placed another order:
  • Cannibal Apocalypse (Margheriti)
  • Take a Hard Ride (Margheriti)
  • Hercules in the Haunted World (Bava)
  • Street Law (Castellari)
I ordered only one Castellari disc.My very first Euro Crime!Seems to me it's one of his better films judging by the reviews I read.If I like it I'll check out the other two (and check out those NoShame discs on the way).
