Stephen King Miniseries discs.. OOP?

Checking into it, I find that

The TommyKnockers
The Stand
Rose Red
Storm Of The Century
The Dead Zone (2002) - Pilot Episode

are all OOP now. Anyone know why? Perhaps the studio's contracts are up and they don't have the rights anymore?

I have not heard any news of a re-release. "It" "The Dark Half" "The Langoliers" all seem to be still in print though. Only the TV miniseries discs are OOP. Anyone have any further info on this?
