Hey, I just rented this too. I haven't had a chance to watch it yet either, but the plot did sound kind of "Night of the Demons"-ish, and it had Brad Dourif, so that did it for me. The dvd has a buttload of special features too. Hopefully it doesn't suck.

I rented it the other night. I liked it quite a bit, and it is somewhat like Night Of The Demons in some ways. Tiffany Shepis was in it, so that was great. It was directed by Rolfe Kanefsky, who was the man behind There's Nothing Out There.
I'm probably going to buy it soon, it has two commentaries and a few featurettes.

I bought a few budget DVDs the week before Halloween and The Hazing was one of them. Director Rolfe Kanefsky is obviously a big fan of Evil Dead, lots of references can be seen throughout the movie.
He even throws in Bruce Campbell for good measure Fun mix of comedy (comedy that actually IS funny and not just silly over-the-top stuff) and horror, witty dialogues, good pacing - The Hazing has it all (including Nectar Rose - who's twice as hot as Tiffany in my opinion). Cool extras on the disc but I still need to check out the audio commentaries.

I finally bought this one from DDD when they had the 20% off sale. Still need to watch it again though.

Yeah, I've been waiting to hear a review from a horror fan on it. I mean it had Brad Dourif and Brooke Burke in it, so gets a thumbs up from me in that regard :P
