Which are the seven gates of hell?

Only a theory of mine. Not based on any facts at all.The stories are all (co-)written by Dardano Sacchetti so I started thinking. There were several obvious ones ie.Beyond and CotLD but I thought there had to be more.
  1. The hotel in The Beyond
  2. Dr.Freudstein's house (in House By The Cemetery)
  3. The priest's crypt (in City Of The Living Dead)
  4. The Theater in Demons
  5. The island of Matul?(in Zombie)
  6. The amulet from Manhatten Baby????
  7. ????
Anyone can help me with number 7?Perhaps some thing or place from Cannibal Apocalypse?Or even earlier (from Bava's Shock)?:
Spoiler:
The murdered father's grave.

Anyone else have some ideas?

These are not written by Dardano Sacchetti so they obviously don't count.

Also thinking of Graveyard Disturbance but haven't seen it yet.
This is how the list looks now:
  1. The hotel in The Beyond
  2. Dr.Freudstein's house (in House By The Cemetery)
  3. The priest's crypt (in City Of The Living Dead)
  4. The Theater in Demons
  5. The Church
  6. The amulet from Manhatten Baby????
  7. The cafe in Graveyard Disturbance
Any better ideas??

I believe that the seventh gate of hell is my evil in-law's doorstep. Either that or I'm certain that North Adams, Massachusetts is an annex of it
