Favorite Child's Play Film?

Bride of Chucky, which I just watched last night with the commentary, and will watch it again this weekend before seeing Seed of Chucky, which was originally going to be Son of Chucky.

I saw Bride of Chucky in the theaters, but nothing can beat the original Child's Play. Don't think I'll be seeing Seed of Chucky until it comes out on video... looks a bit too hammy for my tastes (and this coming from a person who loves bad movies!).

The first Child's Play is still my fave. A real creepy beginning to this mad toy series.

Bride of Chucky because of the humor, the first three took themselves too seriously for my taste. Just the POV scene of that little brat Chucky running up to the house in the original film makes me laugh. Can't believe anyone was ever really scared of this horror franchise.

childs play was and is still the best although i thought bride was 2nd best i think seed will either 3rd best or 2nd best but hopefully it will have a better ending than bride of chucky
part 2 was okay and part 3 was utter crap

The first was the best because it was a silly concept but they treated in a serious manner but still made it fun. 2 and 3 took Chucky's smart ass attitude from the first and made that the central focus making the plot secondary. Bride refreshed the entire series by making it fun again and doing it tongue in cheek. Child's Play is still the best, but Bride is very fun. I'm still waiting to own the first one since it's only available in full screen for some dumb reason. Child's Play also has the stupidest DVD box set ever, because it has all the movies except for the first?

agreed but remeber universal owns the rights for 2,3,bride of,seed of chucky

Bride of Chucky was my favourite I was never a fan of Child's Play or Chucky but Bride of Chucky was cool. I am looking forward to Seed of Chucky.
