That looks pretty damn sweet to me. I guess there is something good about the upcoming remake after all, as it is probably the reason these movies are finally getting some worthwhile dvd love.

I'll stick with my Region 2 SEs (even if the 3-D effect totally doesn't work on THE DEMON) until there's some big, crazy all-inclusive box set that would include every sequel out there. But wasn't there a SE for the original planned for release? What happened with that?

I'll stick with my R2 discs of Parts 2 and 3 as well, and will get the upcoming SE of the original. What I'm really longing for is a DVD of Amityville 1992.

sequels are owned by different companies, so i doubt we'll ever see a boxset that includes them all.
