What the HELL?

I was so excitted about getting my Suspiria Limited Edition early from Amazon.com, but check this shit out!!! The box from Amazon arrived empty!

WHAT THE FRIGGIN HELL????

All that was in it was my receipt. I prompty e-mailed them a nasty little note and cancelled all my other orders. I am so pissed!!

I'm sure Amazon will replace it, if properly informed. They obviously made a mistake, but at least give them the chance to make it up. Nasty emails won't help the cause so much as a non-judgemental inquiry/replacement request. Don't they have an 800 phone number?

Yeah, it was probably an accident. I've done business with amazon for a couple of years now and they've never messed me up. Except once, but it wasn't their fault. They shipped me a Halloween 6 DVD and it wouldn't play for some reason. But I called them up and told them the problem with it and they did the fastest delivery and sent me another copy and it arrived the next day. And that was with no extra charge.

My House DVD was lost in the mail and they sent me a quick replacement.
