Will We Ever See Freddy's Nightmare Come To Dvd?

With tales from the crypt finally coming to dvd one makes you wonder if the 2 season series that i really want to see come to dvd of freddy's nightmares.
I know warner bros just released 5 separate episodes on vhs but what about newline dont they own the rights to this t.v. series???

If Tales From the Crypt sells well, maybe.

Wishful thinking, anyway.

Me too. I am beginning to fear I will never see it too. That and Cleopatra 2525 season 2 have taken way too long to come out.

The first DVD sold very poorly, so no further volumes went into production.

I really never cared too much for this series, the budget looked mediocre on every episode and some of them were just plain bad. It seriously looked like it was shot on BETA tape or something.

I can describe every Freddy's Nightmares episode for you real quick then you won't need to see them.

The first half hour stuff happens that makes sense, the last half hour nothing makes sense. There ya go.

Yep, the series was bizarre to say the least.
What was interesting is how every scene was co-ordinated in the Freddy jumper colours - red and green!
I'd actually probably purchase a box set of these shows simply for nostalgic reasons, despite the vasalene smeared lense look!

I have all the VHS tapes they released years back. I loved this show when I was 10, not so much now.
