Girls Nite Out coming to DVD
I was checking out movies on Amazon.com and for no reason typed in this movie, to check on what the VHS was going for these days and found this page.
I then looked it up on DVDEmpire and it's listed there also with the release date being a week later. This movie sucks so bad but I love it. Glad to see it's getting a DVD release. |

The listing at DVD Empire is 10 bucks cheaper and says it's being released by Media Blasters.

Media Blasters? They'll hopefully do a good job! It's great that it's coming to dvd finally, though. If anyone finds cover art and/or specs, post it here!!

Well, if it's JEF films then the transfer will be crap. And if it's Media Blasters they'll probably screw it up like usual and leave 10 minutes out of the film.

Does that mean a remastered pan and scan transfer ( yeah right) wiht no extras whatsoever for 30 bucks or so? Media Blasters: fifty fifty bet , some releases are stellar while others are awful

They sure screwed Monster Dog up, I was very disappointed that it was sub-vhs quality.

The best "killer in a bear costume" movie ever made. I'll be getting Girl's Nite Out for sure. I enjoyed the whole scavenger hunt part of the movie, and the brooding main suspect and Vicki from Friday the 13th part 2 who talks about having sex with her cousin. Definetly not your run of the mill slasher film.

Here's the cover artwork for Girls Nite Out...
![]() This film never had good video artwork, so this is about the best they could've done. |
