I can't wait to finally see this. I hope they get the rights to the sequel as well. On a side note has anyone else found Porno Holocaust anywhere? I found it at Diabolik DVD but they want too much $$$ for it.

I'm really happy to hear the news. I'm so anxious to get a watchable version of this film, as opposed to the uncut Astro DVD I have. Let's hope SS can come through with this for us. God I really enjoy this movie.

There seems to be a pretty good amount of extra material available for this release on foreign dvds, so let's hope SS will put together a decent disc at least. They should contact d-udo on including a soundtrack!

Damn I forgot I have the uncut vhs of this along with Absurd. I will definately get the dvd.
I think I will have some baby back ribs while I watch it on the day it is released.

damn it all to hell, I just bought the WAY overpriced special ( I use the term loosely) special edition. Oh well forget it , I have spent my last cent on this piece of celuloid crap

I assume JUST BEFORE DAWN will be the unratede uncut version??????

Absurd on the other hand I would probably upgrade :-)

This is great news, even though many people dislike anthropophagus I enjoyed its creepy, slow pace and its remote island location. The titular 'beast' was menacing as hell as well. Just Before Dawn rocks too, much better than Friday The 13th IMO for a backwoods slasher film.

Very happy to see that Lieberman got involved in the Just Before Dawn set after all. Despite all their screwups, I'll give SS credit for that one.

I'd love to pick up Anthropophagus too, so hopefully it'll be a fine release as well.

Finally coming out on DVD, Uncut Grim Reaper. I don't have it on VHS or DVD, which means I will be definitely buying it when it comes out on DVD.
