I saw the trailer for this one on TV last night. Really creepy looking. It looks like it has potential.

Read a review here, and I think that seals the deal for me. I'll have to see this one. Comes out this Friday.

I'm really sceptical about this one. usually the better the trailer the worse the film.

I would normally dismiss this, but I do have a soft spot for Laura Linney....so Maybe.

Been seeing trailers all summer for it--I'll wait for advance word but will probably see it unless I hear it's really awful. No one's released a good devil picture in a while [EXORCIST: THE BEGINNING was goofy fun in a popcorn movie sense, but I wouldn't exactly call it "good..."]

It does look interesting, though. The TV commercials, with the faces and blacked-out eyes, do look creepy. It could be very cool, I'll wait and see...

I just saw the trailer for the first time on The Skeleton Key, and that looks good. It will be interesting to see if they take a scholarly look at the material or just go for the scares. I am hoping for the former, but either way, I will be there. It looks good.

apparently the majority of the movie is set in the court room, and very little actually focuses on the exorcism/horror aspects. I'm still interested in seeing it tho

Yes, my parents still lived in Germany at the time, I wasn't born yet,so I can't comment, but my mom says it really happened. I mentioned the movie to her and told her it was based on a german girl and she remembered right away, I've seen pictures of the girl, it's spooky.

I'm interested in seeing this. The trailer looks really creepy and it's from the writing team / director of Hellraiser: Inferno (which I liked a lot). From what I understand, the trailer is a bit misleading (it's already been posted on here that the majority of the movie takes place in a court room). So, I guess if we go into this realizing that it's more of a horror themed take on court room dramas and not The Exorcist, it could be a fun little sleeper flick.

For a PG 13 movie it looks pretty good judging from the trailers I've seen.

The trailer gets really gay when the guy at the desk gets the dark, bleeding eyes.
