Synapse Release Nail Gun Massacre!
If you haven't picked up the Synapse DVD for this Texas lensed slasher cheesefest, do it today! Includes my interview with director Terry Lofton on the featurette "Nailed!".
Nail Gun Massacre Out 10/25/05 In a small Texas town, the peaceful atmosphere is shattered when a beautiful young woman is the victim of a savage sexual assault by a gang of construction workers. Shortly after this horrific event, a masked killer begins a blood-drenched killing spree with the help of a pneumatic nail gun. Victims are nailed to trees! Lovers are nailed to each other! As the increasingly mutilated bodies begin to pile up, a local sheriff and the town doctor begin an investigation to solve the deadly crimes before the Nail Gun Killer finishes his gruesome masterpiece of industrial strength horror! Will they be able to stop this wisecracking madman in time, or will they be the last unlucky souls to get nailed? Is anyone safe from this gleeful psychopath’s murderous mission? NAIL GUN MASSACRE is the low-budget kill-crazy masterpiece from Texas filmmaker Terry Lofton that has delighted gore fans for over two decades. This Special Edition DVD has been fully restored in High Definition from the last remaining negative materials and is presented in anamorphic widescreen for the first time ever. SPECIAL FEATURES: - 1.78:1 Anamorphic Widescreen Transfer Mastered in High-Definition - NAILED! A New Featurette Featuring Director Terry Lofton - Outtakes - Promotional Trailer - Chapter Selections - Liner Notes |

Bought the disc. Watched it. Looks better than any previous transfer, but that doesn't make it a good movie. The insert was funny though.

I just got it in the mail today from DDD, along with Effects. For $10.61 each, I cantolerate it if one of the movies is crap.

Just got my copy from DDD as well. Plan on watching it as soon as possible. I hope it doesn't suck like some people are saying. Love the cover art though.

I am happy with this dvd. It is the best it has ever looked. Good job Synapse. Since I was able to sell my Effects dvd at cost, we are good again. |

I received it in the mail from DDD the other day, along with Effects.
Nail Gun Massacre... so terribly bad that it's vastly enjoyable. So many dumb errors in the movie that you just can't help but love it.
