2 WIP Films Coming In May From BU

http://www.sendmemovies.com/p-67125-...-1982-dvd.aspx

http://www.sendmemovies.com/p-67138-...-1980-dvd.aspx

Have not heard of these, but they sure sound fun.

Can anyone comment on these?

Have never really gotten into the WIP movies. Looks like a great place to start, though.

To me, BU's movies are hit and miss, and so far I've found 1 in 5 WIP movies worth owning, and every one has been by Jack Hill.

Bare Behind Bars is a great nasty little film. One of the best of the genre, plus there are some hardcore scenes. I wonder if BU will include them.

I don't thing BU will cop out. If they have any respect for both the film and the fans, they have to include it.

BU is releasing the hardcore version, according to DVD Empire's description:

In a women's penitentiary where brutal beatings, steamy showers, and full cavity searches are the order of the day, the cons are turning into pros - and the cemetery is running out of room! To stay out of the torture chamber, the inmates can barter their bodies in the wicked warden's white slave trade, or submit to the nympho nurse's peculiar brand of medical malpractice. But when these lawless lovelies go on the lam to wreak vengeance on straight society, no one will be safe! Prolific purveyor of perversion Oswaldo De Oliveira's (Amazon Jail) piece de resistance is presented here in its X-Rated entirety. A cornucopia of comely convicts (including International beauty queen Marta Anderson of Massacreiin Dinosaur Valley and Perversion Scream Queen Nadia Destro) bare it all, as every frame of vicious violence, savage sexuality, and inappropriate use of pineapples, is presented pristine and intactifor the first time ever in America!

I'm excited to check it out.

Pretty pricy though. I will await on line reviews before buying it, sights unseen.

Both of these sound great. I hope Netflix will carry them, so I can check them out!

No kidding! BU's recent retail prices seem to be going up, up and away.

I'll probably end up getting both of these. I can dig on WIP flicks and these look to be amusing enough.

Dvd Network is a bootleg company out of the Netherlands. This will be the first authorized release. Yes, it's uncut.

Can someone give me the direct link to the two trailers recently put up, over at the BU website?

My sentiments exactly! If they would have been released at the same prices as the recent Giallo discs from BU, I would have been all over these. For now, they go on the waiting list...
