I think I answered this a couple of weeks ago. MGM owns the rights and plans to release it in 2002. They've already released an uncut VHS of it.

I have the Dragin release and its OK...but the dark scenes in the film are really annoying because you cant really see ANYTHING!! im just glad it doesnt last for long, its nice and Uncut though on a good note...that raft scene all intact in its gory glory, i love this slasher..one of my favs!!

It is all region and will play on every player, but you need a pal compatible tv.
