Violent City by Koch Media

I was kind of excited but after reading the reviews apparently this is the cut version.
Would that mean all the Italian scenes included in the AB version are missing or did they cut more for the German market?
Anyway the movie is cool.

Oops! It's an older review from 2005.So this might actually be the uncut version.
Still the parts that were never dubbed are bound to have German subs instead of English. Then again it's Koch so they might even add English subs too!

I just watched the AB version last night. It was ok. I was figuring with a title like Violent City it would be a little more violent.

I thought it was OK with a great cast for an Euro film. The ending was phenomenal (the scene in the lift) and the chase in the beginning was nice to get all excited.

I never knew this film was essentially a remake of Out of the Past. I think it's a good film, especially since Bronson is my favorite actor, but it wasn't nearly as violent as I would have expected. I only watched it once though, so I'm sure I need to revisit it.

Exactly, man! Bronson + VIOLENT CITY should equal MEGA VIOLENCE!
I love Bronson, too.
