I guess we'll turn this poll into movies that aren't on R1 since so many films were named that have been released on DVD outside the U.S.
And remember, your votes won't count unless you nominate two titles per round. Here are our first two winners:

rituals does have a DVD release and it's uncut also, it's not region 1 though

Wimp! It could have made a good list of what's missing, or pointed people toward films they didn't know were out elsewhere. Now we're going to get non-region free moaners.

I agree. It costs about $50 for a region free Philips player. Titles like Phantasm II are there for anybody who wants them. So are The Incredible Melting Man and Death Ship. The only reason I voted for them is because the rules changed.

Oh, and as far as the non region free "wimps", yes it's not hard to get a region-free player and buy import discs. I'm region free and have tons of imports. But why should I have to buy a specific player, then contact some German dealer just to get a copy of Phantasm 2, an AMERICAN BIG-STUDIO FILM?? Something's wrong there.

Also, I could just as easily get a copy of Bad Ronald at a convention or E-bay from a bootlegger. So technically that's "on DVD" too....
