For 3 years now that me and my friend order from Axel...

At least 20 dvds a month combined...

I had 2 lost orders and my friend had other 2... And we live in Europe.

I´m happy with them.

I wouldn't know how to do that. I think it might be because I'm using the same Paypal account.

They had the Puppet Master Bluray for AU$18-something shipped. It's the cheapest I've ever seen it. Its already gone up in price after they deleted my order.

Mine actually says that too now that I look at it.

I talked to one of their customer service reps around 2 today via email. At that point, he didn't know what had happened, but did know that it happened to several Canadian customers. I got a quick response from them when I reported it missing and they were quite apologetic.

Botched by Code Red again.

Their quality control really is shit. The Last Chase shipped from Amazon was the defective version after all. Code Red announced the defect what? 3+ weeks ago, and they still let these out in circulation.

I cancelled my DVDEmpire order for RITUALS as it had not shipped yet. The reason, DiabolikDVD got about 50 copies back in stock so I placed an order and picked up a few other discs I've wanted.

Mine was shipped yesterday from AxelMusic,for the second time.They lost it the first time...So i also ordered it from Diabolikdvd with Deep Red on blu ray.The street date is the 17th but they already got it in stock.So 2 copies of Rituals is better than none!!I saw some Rituals on ebay going for 40$!!

So this is weird. 2 copies of Rituals arrived in the mail today - one from Overstock.com and the other from Blowitoutahere - one of my orders that resulted in an error message ended up going through. The corrugated envelopes they arrived in are identical as are the return addresses. Is Blowitoutahere owned by Overstock.com?
