The Top 100 Horror Films (Maniac (1980) Top 100 or not.)
Because of all the voting on and off of the same films. Films that are voted back on will be subject to a poll to determine whether or not they should stay or leave for good. If the majority feel this the film should be in the top 100 then you can no longer vote it off and if they don't agree it's in the top 100 it will be taking off the list and you can no longer vote it on.
The Ninth film up is Maniac (1980) The poll will be over Sat at 10:30am |

I love slashers, but whatever people see in this one, it just misses me entirely. Save a few scenes, it's real dull.

It has slasher elements for sure, but all in all I don't think of it as a horror film. A study of the insane brain, yeah, but not horror.
