Planet of the Apes TV Set Missing Disc

Hey, did anyone who happened to pick up the 4 disc set of the Apes TV series notice it had a disc missing? Mine was missing Disc 2. I just wanna know first off if this is a recurring thing before I take it back. Maybe there might be a recall or something.

weird...I was gonna buy that today. are all the episoded there and only one missing disk or is part of the series gone??? For $50, I would be pissed if a disk was left out....

All the episodes are there but when mine came in the mail Monday three of the four discs were floating around in the case. It didn't look like any got scratched though. I haven't had a chance to check them out .

Yeah, it was only Disc 2 that was missing. But I took it back to Worst Buy (which was $39.99 BTW), and I exchanged it out. I made sure before I left the store that they opened it to check to see if all discs were there. They were, but yes, Disc 4 was floating around....no damage except to the case when the clerk decided to tear the plastic open with his key........damn amateurs!

I don't blame BEST BUY, but I saw a STANLEY KUBRICK box set there with 2 disc of CLOCKWORK ORANGE but missing FULL METAL JACKET. I'm sure some 'collector' bought it and is trying to cash in on the mistake by E-bay....

How is the PLANET OF THE APES set??? I haven't read any reviews...YET.
