![]() ![]() Like with the new Fist Of Legend, I saw this updated version in stores recently. How is this compared to the Canadian 3 disk version? |

Isn't the Canadian 3 disc set the director's cut? I can't remember!! That's the one I have and it is a great set already!

Looks like the Canadian disc still reigns supreme, with a DTS track and two commentaries that are missing from this release.
Here's the review. http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/34737...directors-cut/ |

The compression on the Canadian version is pretty bad. That's what happens when you have a 155 minute movie with 7 Audio tracks on a single disc (4 DD tracks, 1 DTS, 2 commentaries). |

I think this movie is good. Enjoy. Is very long but is almost like is over you think but is not then you think is over again and is not so is good. I agree with Canadian disc is compression problems and looks like pastel color in the darkness scenes. I think maybe this 2 disc is maybe better if you want picture quality to be more but I not see screen compared to now this.
