![]() ![]() The MSRP for ROLLING THUNDER is $20. That's $7 to $10 cheaper than those stupid f@#$ing combo packs. Hooray for MGM forcing Shout into some common sense. Now I can get back to buying Shout titles since they will be reasonably priced.

lifeforce sounds great! i hope vampire lovers is at a bit of a lower price point though, since i already have the mgm midnight movies dvd paired with countess dracula, which contains most of the supplements already. still, more hammer in HD will be hard to pass up, and i'm sure i'll grab it regardless.

Very good news on Lifeforce, Vampire Lovers and Message from Space. I was crossing my fingers for both cuts of Lifeforce from Shout.
It's a little odd that Vampire Lovers isn't on DVD as well but that may be destined to MOD, as it seems a lot of the MGM titles that are already on MOD will be staying there with Shout focusing on Blu-ray only releases for them. I wonder now what Countess Dracula will end up being from Synapse?

As much as bitch about the price of combo packs, no price is too much to pay for LIFEFORCE on BD.

This is awesome news for Lifeforce. The Vampire Lovers I will not likely double dip on as I'm pretty happy with the MGM double feature disc and money is a bit of an issue for me right now.
It would be great if Shout! or Synapse would release Lust For A Vampire on Blu-Ray though, completing the Karnstein trilogy. |

I remember seeing it way back when, and it was pretty terrible. But if you love Japanese absurdity in cinema, it could be a classic to you. I'm just admittedly not a big fan of this type of Japanese cinema...
