If they do that, I'll probably end up buying the complete series set, which sucks because I've been buying the seasons from the get-go. Kind of a cheat to the real fans, not the ones who waited and lucked out.
I don't think you'll have to worry. From what I've heard the Rocko sets have sold quite well.

It's just strange on a Horror Forum to go to a thread where you see so much cool stuff like The Burning, From Beyond, Town that Dreaded Sundown, Halloween II/III, Terror Train whatever and then suddenly you see a full page of toddler shows, it's like you've all gone soft on me

Well, whatever keeps you off the streets at night I guess.

Maybe there should be a separate thread for non-Scream Factory releases from Shout?

I used to watch Pound Puppies as a kid…I am pretty sure my Mom still has the stuffed animals boxed up somewhere in her basement. I don’t think I’d ever want to revisit the show, but if I ever have a kid, it’s good to know that childhood favorites of mine are getting released and made available for the simple fact that I’d rather buy these children’s programs and have my kid watch Pound Puppies than have him/her experience the satanic brainwashing atrocities they pass off as “kids shows” today. Haha…j/k.

I do however purchase a few cartoon shows I enjoyed as a kid for the simple fact that I could enjoy them with my future children. I guess that’s kind of weird though…reliving your childhood through your kids? Isn’t that something you’re not supposed to do?

A lot of the Scream Factory releases seem to be getting their own threads, though. So this is the Shout Factory thread.

I'll agree about the My Little Pony and Pound Puppies stuff. But I grew up with the Nickelodeon stuff, so I love the news on those releases.

Also, (if you tell anyone I admitted this, I'll deny it), I love that they released Ghost Writer: Season One. I think the release flopped, so they aren't releasing more seasons, but it's such a stupid / fun show. I just wish they had gotten to the season with Attack Of The Slime Monster.

Indeed. I think that every time I open up this bloody thread! All this kiddies stuff (and I like kiddies stuff, just not this particular stuff) really needs its own thread.

That painfull memory again... Cost me a high price to import the exclusive set and not long after it became wasted money when the other set was release. Only time in my life I was angry because of a DVD label, since there is no way in hell I would have spent more than 40$ for an exclusive who wasn't one.

At least Street / Angel in Red stayed an exclusive.

Yeah, I didn't want to be the one to say it, but I've wondered for a while now... are you guys really buying Pound Puppies??

Finally a good anamorphic print of Exterminator 2, with an audio commentary.

That's what I like to know.

While I'm here, various Shout!/Scream stuff from around the forums. I'd like to post it here because it is a Shout! thread. :P
