What's next? Squirm? Last American Virgin? Sorry, Arrow beat you to it. Happy about "Hell House", though.

The Legend of Hell House is a must buy for me because it is one of my favorite horror films. Motel Hell I think I'm fine with the old MGM disc. It strikes me as funny that they're making Motel Hell a Collector's Edition and giving it the standard treatment with new art. What's the point of that? The original poster art already HAS floating heads!

Hopefully Arrow does Legend of Hell House in the future. Looking forward to getting their The Beast Within.

Motel Hell has always been a shitty looking movie and dark image, I wonder how much cleaned up it will be, or if it will just be a port of the arrow Blu-ray.. Kinda liked the movie though..

I'm happy about Hell House, I haven't seen that one in like 12 years, I remember enjoying it though. Motel Hell has some great performances, and is entertaining enough I guess, but I'm honestly not too big of a fan of the movie overall.

I hope they don't bother with Squirm. I know that one has it's fans but I'm kinda baffled as to why. I like Jeff Lieberman - Remote Control, Just Before Dawn and Blue Sunshine are all very good, but I think Squirm kinda blows.

I'm really excited about HELL HOUSE. I could care less about MOTEL HELL, it never really struck a chord with me.

I don't care for either though I did enjoy Hell House but it's not something I'm interested in buying, not at the moment anyway. Motel Hell on the other hand was a bore fest for me. That one I'm happy to never watch again.

I purchasing Hell House, I will wait for the special features on Motel Hell. I have watched Hell House more than Motel Hell. Shout/Scream Factory is becoming my new favorite company for Horror films. I just purchased in the last two weeks Night Of The Demons, Witchboard, Visiting Hours/Bad Dreams Double Feature, and Darkman.

Damn, I accidentally read Hell House as Hell NIGHT and got REALLY excited for a second there
Already got Arrow's Motel Hell and the german BD of Hell House.

Here's hoping that Shout will release Hell Night in a near future

I had a lousy connection while listening to the podcast but I think I heard Jeff Nelson respond to a question about Hell Night with "we tried to get it but it's in legal limbo" or something like it. Same thing they've been saying since they started the Scream Factory line. Same goes for "Blood Beach".

That doesn't sound promising
I hope the situation with the rights to the movie is different over here in Europe. Would be a perfect title for Arrow to put out on BD. Same with Blood Beach, that one REALLY needs a great release. Wasn't there a german DVD release of Blood Beach just a year or two ago? Never really found out if it used another crappy old VHS master or not.

It wasn't a VHS master, it was pretty decent quality in 4:3, a French DVD release in Widescreen is due in March of Blood Beach.

Cool - I'll be on the lookout for it. If the film is making the rounds in Europe could this mean it's legal status has been resolved? Unless, of course, the European releases are unauthorized
