One down from my wishlist.

Also, I gotta say--the Deadly Blessing artwork is kind of shitty. Not a fan of Ernest Borgnine's gigantic Amish head...

Not as excited about these most recent Scream Factory announcements as I was the 2012 lineup, but I'll still pick them all up eventually to support a great company. Shout! has been a favorite of mine ever since they released Freaks & Geeks on DVD 8 years ago.

Shout! is great, and in case anybody here is unaware, Shout! is basically the original Rhino Records before it was bought out and became a subsidiary of Time Warner. That's why they're so awesome.

Really stoked to hear about Prison getting released. I actually thought this would be one of those films to never get a US release.

Am I the only one who gets a Christmas Eve feeling when we approach Friday?

I recently bought Prison on DVD from Another World Entertainment. Frankly, it didn't engage me, and I won't be upgrading. Nor am I really excited about Terrorvision or The Nest... But hey, nice that these movies are stricken off some wish lists. There is always next Friday. Just hoping it won't be a pair of socks again!

For me it's more like New Year's Eve. My internal clock counts down until the next announcement . Every Friday morning, while at work, I log on my computer and feel a "drum roll" as I go online to learn the next title. I was a little underwhelmed with TerrorVision but Prison is a film I'd love to have on Blu. What other Empire Pictures titles might we see in the future?

Great newz on PRISON. I got to see it at the drive-in in 1987 with PROM NIGHT 2. Fun stuff. That was the only time I got to see the film and we were pretty jazzed when it was over - thought it was pretty well made.

It's been reported at the Blu-ray.com forums that the They Live 2012 Cast Reunion Q&A has been removed from the DVD/Blu due to clearence issues.

The announcement of Prison got me thinking of another New World title I would love to see come out from Scream Factory: Ghost Town!

I'd love to see that one too. I still have the old VHS, and I don't believe it's even ever been released anywhere on DVD.

I'd love to see GHOST TOWN get a release but it may not be one of the possible Shout acquisitions since it was distributed by New World. The other Empire titles belonged to MGM

cliff said in a interview that next halloween a box set is coming???
here's the link tp the interview http://www.fearnet.com/news/intervie...scream-factory
my guess i am hopeful it'll be Phantasm saga because there may be a reason that phantasm II is gonna come out last of the first 9 scream factory titles announced and maybe even later~

I'm excited for the Ultra Q & 7 sets coming out. I couldn't believe it when I heard they were releasing them. I have never seen Q and only a few eps of 7 when it used to air on TNT back in the 90s.
