someone over at blu-ray.com posted paramount is considering testing the waters again for Friday the 13th the final chapter blu-ray release but no source was given!

I don't think you should listen to that. The guy who posted it, Beachguy, doesn't have the source(s). He did the same thing when he said that Child's Play 2 and 3 would be coming to Blu-ray in time for Curse of Chucky.

Ahem...
All the Fridays (1-8) aired on MonstersHD before Dish gave them the axe. They showed up on newsgroups as .TS files. I would rather have blus but considering I can stream the TS or play it right on my bluray player, I guess it doesn't really matter. They'll do for the time being. |

I have a media extender on my TV; I can stream from my computer to that. Or I can burn to disc and pop into my bluray player; it will play the TS as well.
