I've always heard really bad things about this movie but, at the same time, I've been very curious to see it, due to Larry Cohen directing.

Compared to the original, a very bad film IMO.

Taken by itself, it's a lot of fun though. I'd love to have it, but I'm just not interested in the Archive releases. I hope they sell enough to justify producing a legit DVD.

I have only seen this once, it was on TV probably sometime in the late 90s (I think it was on the SciFi Channel actually). I remember thinking it wasn't that bad, but I really don't remember a whole lot about it. I would be interested in seeing it again.

I'm reluctant to buy these burn-on-demand discs though. I read they have a much shorter lifespan than DVDs, most usually last about 5 years. Is there any validity to this, does anyone know more?

Hopefully Warner doesn't screw up another Archive title. I got one last month that had a faulty encode (all discs were defective) and I'm still waiting on them to fix the issue.

The bigger news is that Kid 'N Play's CLASS ACT is now out on the archive. That movie owns.

i have the region 2 DVD from Germany and it looks good and is cheap for those with multi-region players. Might be a better choice than taking the risk on a Warner Archives title if they have been faulty. The movie is pretty silly and forgettable, but it's Larry Cohen, so if you're a fan you need this DVD.

Fans of classic war films and noir might wanna take note. The film costars director Samuel Fuller (SHOCK CORRIDOR,THE BIG RED ONE) as an aging Nazi hunter turned vampire killer !

Hmm... got a link? I couldn't find it listed in the WBShop. I always loved that one too!

This movie along with Troll 2 are the perfect double feature. Both films take each other way too seriously completely laughable.
