Not only that, why the hell didn't they have MORE cars. Like almost one for everybody. Hell, every time I would go to town for supplies, I would be "upgrading" my auto.

Fuel economy would be fairly critical when your options for filling the tank will diminish rapidly over time. So most of their cars would need to be high mileage.

Still, they should have plenty of vehicles, if for nothing else redundancy. And given the zombie-mower usage, at least one vehicle should have been Road Warrior tricked out, if for nothing else the ability to clear the way for other vehicles.

Exactly. And that motorcycle has to go. At the very least, put the dam thing in the back of a pick up truck. Use it for only for safe scouting runs & for that emergency get away.

I don't if anyone knew this but last night they showed the original pilot of Walking Dead in B&W on AMC.

I had no idea about this but found out about it on accident (rather stupidity) During the day I was scanning the "guide" on cable and saw Walking Dead at 10:00pm and it gave no description, and it labeled it as NEW. And at 9:00pm there was a NEW episode of Talking Dead, description was discussion of season three. So, I was like Season 3 starts tonight? So I DVR'ed it. Found a B&W version of the pilot instead.

Yea, I was just doing a little surfing and luckily tuned into the beginning of the Talking Dead. I am really looking forward to Season 3. I wish they could have gotten somebody a little more engaging to talk with other than Drew Carey…I guess they could have gotten someone worse as well though.

The B&W pilot episode is actually on the re-release of the Season 1 BD. Not sure what the big hubbub about it is (I guess cause the comics are B&W)…just turn the color off on your TV.

ohhhhh. Is that why my DVR recorded it? I saw that it was recording Walking Dead, and got excited that it must have meant a new episode was on. Then I saw the description and said, "Hey, that's just the pilot" and deleted it.

I'm liking it....the library had the first five of the hardcover collections so I ended up reading all those.

Curious to see how much they will take from the comic. A lot of the stuff that worked there will probably not work that great on the show as far as the prison storyline.

Yeah, I could have sworn I heard "two hour season premier", unless showing the same episode twice is what they meant by "two hour season premier".
