Any "Fear No Evil" fans??

I have the anchor bay dvd, this was made in N.Y. in late 1979, it has the feel of a late 70's film too, I thought it was decent enough but what helped it a lot was the soundtrack with talking heads, ramones, b-52s, and rezillos. It's funny the director didn't want those songs in there and its the very thing that helped it..

I actually really like this film. It's a bit of an oddity in the "Son of Satan" genre, but after several repeat viewings this has proven to be a good thing. I would definitely welcome a blu ray release.

I always liked it simply because it came out during the slasher boom but was a different sort of affair. Not that it's terribly original, but it borrows from so many other things and then combines the ingredients into a stew that is odd but kinda tasty.

I didn't see it until I bought the Anchor Bay DVD back when it was first released. I was expecting another Lady In White and... it definitely wasn't that. I didn't care much for it, but it has grown on me a bit.

The DVD has been out of print for years (I think 2007ish?) and it's still selling for less than $5. So it's probably not the most beloved genre film out there.

I didn't care for LADY IN WHITE but gave this one a try because I remembered seeing the "burning yearbook" ads in the newspaper when it came out. A very disturbing image, bu the movie was a bore. The soundtrack was awesome though, as someone already pointed out.

You mean to tell me that you just couldn't go to the search field and type in "Fear No Evil"?

Even after your suspension, you're still that dense?
