New Miramax/Dimension Blu-ray Wave from Echo Bridge

I went ahead and pre-ordered Hellraiser: Bloodline. I think I'll wait and see what the reviews say before I purchase any more of these...especially regarding the Halloween sequels vs. the Canadian Blu-ray.

I'm definitely waiting on reviews for these. I might also wait to see if they announce the rest of the franchise(s). I could potentially see them releasing cheaper double-features with the Children Of The Corn and Hellraiser sequels.

I'm fairly certain that all of Echo Bridge's current BD releases are region free. I don't expect that to change unless Miramax and Dimension have specifically requested region coding as part of their licensing agreement.

I have the canadian blu-ray so I'll wait to see about the Halloweens. But I can't wait for the COTCs or the FDTDs to come out.

Awwwwwesome. I've never seen COTC 5 & 6, so I can't wait to check those out. Too bad 2-4 aren't being packed together like they are on DVD. These pairings might make me check out some of the other sequels I haven't seen, too. I like this strategy. Here's hoping they at least just get the basics right (16x9, original aspect, progressive, 24P).

Same here. I'm glad I grabbed the Alliance Canadian release of From Dusk Till Dawn when I found it at FYE for $8.99 and as much as I absolutely abhor Resurrection with the deepest of passions, I'm going to grab the Canadian Halloween triple pack. The price is worth it for Curse and H2O. I'll be damned if Echo Bridge is getting a dime of my money. I'll just take out Resurrection and put my copy of the H6 Producers cut in its place.
