DEATH SHIP now has a release date! Walter made this post on Rock! Shock! Pop! with mention of some other surprises to come!
Post #71 "Thanks for your interest. I might do more with Crown down the line, but I have just been busy preparing DEATH SHIP for a planned November release, and preparing some of Katarina's new action cinema line. Also working on HD masters for some yet unannounced titles; some are re-issues, but have never gotten proper OAR treatment. Will have an official press announcement shortly." |

Walter said the HD transfer of DEATH SHIP is from original elements, I believe.

Walter routinely posts on Rock! Shock! Pop! and he made a comment about it in the Katarina thread.

Not a big fan of Don't Answer the Phone!
** / **** I'm waiting for their American Nightmare, Without Warning and The Incubus releases. I don't have too many Scorpion flicks, but I do own Silent Scream, Doctor Death: Seeker of Souls, House on Sorority Row, Double Exposure, Mortuary and Humongous. Must get more!

It seems like there are already several DVD versions of Don't Answer The Phone out there. Even though they're out of print, they still go for dirt cheap. I can't imagine this selling too well.
Not complaining. Just an observation. |

I really wish Scorpion would go after more titles that could use proper releases, such as The Mutilator, The Prey, Bodycount, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the hell out of what they're doing, bringing releases back into print, but there's still a lot out there that never had proper releases to begin with.
