I don't own any "rare" Blu-ray titles. I own the UK region-free releases of All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and Doghouse, but those are easily available through Amazon UK (and cheap too).

Watchmen (Ultimate Cut)
Evil Dead (2 Disc Set)
Zodiac (some say it's rare, others don't) Amazon has it new for $31.

I saw Zodiac in the pawn shop and at least one other store, it can't be that rare.

I guess the only rare thing I have so far is the Evil Dead LE. Other oddities, no idea how rare they are or aren't now:

Canadian bds from Alliance:
From Dusk Till Dawn
Rounders
The Faculty

From the UK:
Black Sheep (weresheep, not Chris Farley)

The Best Buy Anchorman set with Wake-Up Ron Burgundy is supposed to be rare, but I still see a copy in the store every week. I have seen the mass release without the bonus disc at Wal-Mart though, so maybe it is going to be rare.

Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet BD [Blu-ray]
Not sure if this is rare but this version is from Anchor Bay not Lionsgate
I'm pretty sure it's region free.

I have over 30 steelbooks that are quite rare, most of them Canada exclusive, half of them exclusive to a certain store.

I also have,

Evil Dead LE
Watchmen Ultimate Cut
The Man Who Fell to Earth (Criterion release)
Blade Runner Ultimate Collector’s Edition (Limited Edition Briefcase Gift Set)
The Bird with the Crystal Plumage (Blue Underground release)
Casablanca Ultimate Collector’s Edition
Point Break - Pure Adrenaline Edition
The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Ultimate Edition
Zombieland - The "Nut Up Or Shut Up" Edition (Best Buy Exclusive).

Really not sure if any of these are really "rare" so much as they are hard to get (probably just because I don't really know where to shop for releases from certain countries...) but:

- [Rec] and [Rec]2 (Spain)
- Giallo (Brazil)
- Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom (UK, edition I have seems to no longer be available, replaced by a BD + DVD combo pack)
- The Bird with the Crystal Plumage (US)
- Inside (Sweden)

I've also got a ton of UK discs and a few from Germany (The Howling) and France (Phantom of the Paradise) but I'm not counting them because I'm pretty sure you could buy them all right now from one of the International Amazon sites.
One other that is sort of worth mentioning is this copy of Mother of Tears from Japan, it comes in a DVD case with a slip printed to make it look like a BD, the packaging (and the disc, iirc) has both the DVD and the BD logo on it but I don't know what it is because it doesn't appear to be readable in any drive I put it in.

I forgot that Texas Chainsaw Massacre was OOP. There's one up one eBay for $2.25 right now.

Exactly. There are no rare BD yet. Rare is the Lunchmeat VHS or the Last House On Dead End Street DVD.

I have a feeling that ED limited edition may end up being one eventually due to the popularity of the movie and how under the radar it was sold.

But not yet.

OOP, Limited, or just hard to find:

The Bird with the Crystal Plumage (Blue Underground) Blu-ray
Cargo (Ltd. German SteelBook) Blu-ray
The Cave (Japanese release) Blu-ray
Evil Dead (Limited Edition) Blu-ray
Halloween Triple Feature (Canadian) Blu-ray
Heavy Metal (1981) Blu-ray - general release in June though.
The Last House on the Left (1972) Blu-ray - no general release yet?
The Man Who Fell to Earth (Criterion) Blu-ray
Per un pugno di dollari (Restored Italian version) Blu-ray - a.k.a. "A Fistful of Dollars" which destroys the MGM Blu-ray transfer.

I guess the only "rare" Blu I have would be OOP ones going for a hefty price: BU's Bird with the Crystal Plumage and the LE Battle Royale from Arrow. I have a couple others like TCM, but the market is saturated with them, so I wouldn't consider them anything worth crowing about.

Didn't know that The Bird with the Crystal Plumage Blu is rare. I own a copy.

I also own a few German only releases. They aren't really rare though:

End of the Line
Blackout (2007) (Much better than "Devil")
Splice - Germany got a different version. Some added scenes, some alternate scenes and a few scenes slightly edited by 1-2 seconds compared to the U.S. version.
[REC] 2
The Burrowers
Cabin Fever 2
Carriers (R-Rated Version)
Pontypool
The Reflecting Skin
Vinyan
The Tribe (The Forgotten Ones)
Dance of the Dead
The Fog (Better PQ than the UK release)
Hannibal Rising (Unrated Director's Cut)
1408 (Director's Cut)
House on Haunted Hill (1999)
The Descent 2
