I seriously doubt it. It'll probably be the same exact Blu-ray that was in The Hannibal Lecter Collection Blu-ray set. Just a single disc release here.

Of course the dvd was like $2 and a joke when bought, but a second viewing continued the fun. Try it as a comedy, it works much better.
