PQ is indead very nice, seen part two today, and the depth feeling was definately there
didn't notice any grain and such Its a dual layer disc so I assume the same as the upcoming box set

the features are a couple of minutes each from I think the 1999 dvd box set

part three put part two to shame , NEVER seen it look this good it's darker than other versions I have seen but lots of little details are visible and pic is crystal clear for 98 % of the pic. Was very pleased
could try to post screenshots but don't know how to post full size here

if some one knows how to with powerdvd10 doesn't seem to work like it used to

I'm expecting these films to look as good as they can look, but i'm not expecting something super pristine. In my opinion, the first three films were always kind of grainy and rough. The fourth film is where the eye candy really starts, if you ask me.

I'm sure we'll get one in due time. If people want the box that bad, they can just order it off of Amazon UK. It's not expensive on there.

would think most fans with bluray capabilities would already have the first one....

I'm greatfull for the option to get these at descent prices without having to buy the first again. The double dipping on blu has already started, trying to keep it at a minimum

and the features are so far small snippets of film where they constantly refer to the films being 11- 12 years ago so that tells you it isn't new stuff. Anyone have any idea what the "bonus disc" on the box set will contain?

sorry jsut checked on amazon.uk......aren't these features rehashes of the 1999 box set? I have the freddy's nightmares disc so...
