"More Brains! A Return to the Living Dead" Documentary

I'm a pretty big fan of this film and have been really digging these horror doc.'s that have been coming out, so hopefully this one makes up for the so so SE DVD. This hits DVD this Fall and looks like it could be good.

so without cross-referencing the list of interviewees, im assuming that the presence of brian yuzna means this will cover the entire trilogy? if so, i'll be very happy to pick this up. the recent trend of covering entire film series' (F13, NOES, Halloween, Psycho) has been fantastic, and im very happy to see it continue. what other series need this kind of treatment? the howling? children of the corn? hellraiser?

I would be in for all of those, even if most of those are made up of terrible direct to video/ DVD movies.

I would like to add Child's Play, Amityville Horror, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Creepshow, Jaws, and possibly a Romero dead doc. (Even if the first two movies have been covered pretty thoroughly.) to your list.

A great doc. on Argentos', Fulcis' and Carpenters' careers would be welcome as well.

its true, but i find the most interesting segments of these retrospective docs to be the ones focusing on the least impressive entries.

TCM already has one titled "Shocking Truth". While it was made before the Platinum Dunes films, it's a great doc covering the first four flicks.

I forgot about that, that is on the Texas Chainsaw Blu isn't it? Wasn't there another documentary on the series as well that isn't included on the Blu Ray?

They set a release date for October 18th: http://www.getmorebrains.com/buy/
You can preorder it now @ Amazon for $14, but I'll be ordering it from the site to get the Tina/Scuz signed poster.
