Rotten Tomatoes Horror Countdown 2011
Now THIS is a horror list. Based on overall positive critic scores, a top 75 horror movie list on rottentomatoes.com.

Really good list with a nice balance of new and old stuff (too many lists favor one over the other). Only issue I have with it is that I don't consider these films horror films:
