Yeah, I got one of those delay messages too. Which doesn't make any sense because if I was one of the first to order, shouldn't mine have been one of the first to ship? I've heard of others getting their shipping confirmations...

That blows - Deep Discount did that to me recently and I called up and bitched. It ended up getting shipped to me like 2 days later.

You should ask for a commission fee for all sales.

I placed my order Saturday night and my copy shipped out Tuesday. Thanks a lot shithead. I was originally holding off but would have paid the $19.99 from Amazon had I not missed it. Instead I pay $17.99. Some times the fates smile upon ye.

I received the same letter about the delay, but I placed an order only a 2 days before the release.

I originally placed a pre order with DDD. It was the cheapest at $27 (not including familyvideo) and emailed to do a price match. They said they will not price match after an order was placed already, and that I needed to do it BEFORE the order. It says nothing on this in their policy. Then I called to explain this, and was put on hold for about 10 minutes while she spoke to a manager, and finally told me there is no price matching on a pre order. Yeah right! So I just cancelled my order & placed it with familyvideo. I sure Amazon would have priced matched it, they are usually pretty good at those things.

I also got the delayed shipping email from Family Video. I'm quite confident it will arrive since they are contacting everyone. For that price I can wait a bit longer.

I ordered mine Saturday a little after midnight- and I got the delay message too- oh well at that price I dont mind waitin a bit. I got plenty of other movies I need to watch lol
