Horror Express & The House that Dripped Blood from Severin
http://www.fangoria.com/index.php?op...ews&Itemid=167
It'll be good to finally have Horror Express, as I never got the OOP disc. |

Great news, I'll gladly buy both on Blu-ray! I was wondering when we would see Horror Express back in print.

Will be nice to do an upgrade on this under appreciated film. I picked up one of the better editions of this "everyone make a fast buck doing a press of the public domain title", but it definitely had room for improvement.

Wow, I wasn't reading that Fangoria link that closely the first time- Blu ray!? I was just wondering the other day when Horror Express was going to get a new release. My old OOP Image disc isn't even anamorphic (I don't think), so this'll be quite an upgrade. Count me in.
I watched The House That Dripped Blood for the first time just this past weekend. Nice anthology (it's always nice to see Ingrid Pitt) although I'm not sure I need to own this one. |

Very nice!!!
Horror Express deserves a quality DVD release...and even better on a Blu-ray! I also love The House that Dripped Blood, so that's a no-brainer on Blu.

Looks like I need to offload my Image DVD of Horror Express on eBay soon while the demand is up.

I wonder if the original negative of HORROR EXPRESS is lost ? I have the old Image DVD.It's the best looking one I've seen on home video but I still think it was culled from a print, albeit a decent one.I'd be happy to upgrade on both of these titles.Hope the extras are nice.

I'm always too paranoid to do that too far in advance. When Shout Factory announced the new Humanoids from the Deep disc I was all set to sell my old one on Ebay. I procrastinated a bit and then Shout Factory pushed back the release date. I'll probably play it safe and just hold on until the new one is actually in my hands.....

Yay, this was really great news. I was planning to get hold of Horror Express soon and trying to find out which was the best edition among the many ones available. I'll wait for this new release now which must be the definitive edition.
