Need help with a couple of movie titles

I remember watching a movie on VHS about 12-13 years about a sorority house or a school for girls where a creature would stock them at night. I believe the creature lived in a cave by the ocean? Also every time there was a kill it would have a gimmick of showing you a red dot that would warn you that something terrifying was about to happen. I remember it wasn't bad but I cannot remember the title.

Also I remember when I was a kid watching a movie where the house was haunted and I remember there was a scene where it made the indoor pool boil. That's all I can really remember. Sorry not much to go on there. I thought it might have been Demon Seed but it wasn't. I would guess both films are from the early 80's/late 70's.

It used to be up on youtube ripped from Turner South, but it's been taken down. This is one of those tv movies that had some memorable scenes like Dark Night of the Scarecrow that stuck with me for years. THP is pretty cheesy now, but has some fun moments. It used to show up on ioffer quite a bit, so you might check there.

Looks like MGM might own the rights. Hopefully they put out an official reason at some point. The youtube clips are pretty rough.

Yeah looks like it's out of print. There seems to be a few copies flooting around ebay and amazon.

Second is definitely This House Possessed I think. Rock star recovering from nervous breakdown is sent to a sprawling, haunted country estate to recover. It was an ABC movie of the week that I loved as a kid.

Someone just uploaded a nice copy of This House Possessed to YouTube. It was nice to re-watch after all these years, it's cheesy but entertaining.

I wouldn't use the term nice quality as it is not. The turner south version torrent dubbed from TV leaves allot to be desired. I have this version and the quality makes my eyes hurt immensely. I wish someone would get their hands on a high quality rip of this. I seen a bunch on ioffer but they are all nothing but the same torrent crap dub. If any of you have a nicer version of this do share please!
