No problem at all JGrendel. I agree with you 100%. I support Twilight Time's business model as well. There have been so many arguments for and against the NOTLD '90 blu-ray, I doubt any more can be said. That's why all you can do is make light of the situation. What's done is done. When the blu-ray gets re-released in three years, I hope it doesn't include the changes made for the 20th anniversary.

I'd love to own Christine on blu-ray, but for $35, I think I'll settle for the Special Edition DVD I picked up for $5.

The Fury is tempting though, as I don't own that on any format. But again, for $35 bucks, I might as well just grab the DVD.

I got my order in about 10 minutes ago for Christine & The Fury. Their server crashed right after it went live for pre-orders.

I think Christine will sell out pretty fast though. I can't believe they put up "Limit 10 Copies per customer".

There are already dipshits on the Blu-ray.com forum saying they are ordering that many. It's probably the same assholes that were selling it on ebay before it was even being sold as a pre-order!

Site crashed hard but I finally got my order in a couple minutes ago. Now it's time for drugs, nothing worse than having to re-sign in to a crashing site running slower than shit to bump the anxiety levels a bit. Ordering movies shouldn't be difficult, but I think this one will be worth it. Now to see how long a sell out takes, definitely before Monday but I think it will remain at least until tomorrow night.

Wow. Man, for about awhile there I thought I wasn't going to get a copy. The server took a beating. Agreed BDH, that was an anxiety filled 20 minutes. I'm so thrilled. My wife and I each ordered a copy to ensure that I would get at least one. I'm wondering if these 3000 copies will last the night. I don't know if this was mentioned, but there is a ten copy limit.

I truly hate TT for not putting up a limit at 2 copies per costumer.
Those damn scalpers will pick up most of them and sell them for an insane price.

Screw it. I don´t have the money right now, and I doubt there will be any copies left by next week. But I already got the superb 1080p HDTV rip burned on a BD-R disc, and that will keep me warm until another future release.

And since the Fright Night BD used the same transfer as the HDTV rip I had, I guess it´s the same with this one.
