The Dead Zone, though if were talking books I would go with The Dark Half.

Easily Cujo for me - it's a well-oiled scare machine with compelling performances. It accomplishes what horror is basically about for me.
The Dead Zone is very good as well - I love the ethical dilemma of the whole thing (i.e. "if you knew someone was gonna be the next Hitler"). |

I go with Stand By Me - IMO a perfect film from beginning to end - with a great soundtrack to go along with the film.

Wow. Cujo by a whisker, I think. In saying that though, at one stage I knew Stand By Me by heart. Had me a Wil Wheaton crush.
![]() I tried reading The Dark Half at one stage sometime after its release. I'm still not sure if I finished it, but I do remember it boring me senseless! Needless to say, I haven't seen the film. Haven't seen The Dead Zone in forever. Do I need to revisit? |
