That is sweet, but omg the price will probably be ridiculous. Keep up informed of when Amazon f's up and only charges like $19.99.

That is fucking awesome! 10x better than the Season 2 Limited Edition.

I hope it goes up for pre-order soon. I suspect it will be about as much as the LE of season 2 which I think I paid 65 bucks for, not too horrible for such an awesome looking piece.

What if it's only the size (height/width) of a standard blu-ray case? It'd be like, "D'awww... How cute!"

I'm betting (well, hoping) it's along the same size of the season 2 release.
Edit: Found this, now it might not be too accurate because occasionally prototypes do get shrunk down, but hopefully this one stays true and is as big as the previous limited release.

I've been watching religiously. Last weeks was pretty uneventful, but I'm ready for the mayor to get his ass kicked. I did love the exchange between Darryl and Caesar though, especially when Darryl found those smokes on one of the walking dead:
Darryl - "want one?" Caesar - "Nah, I like menthols." Darryl - "Douche bag."

Haha…I’ve pretty much enjoyed every episode this season. Even the episodes that are more character driven with more dialogue pieces are great and highly entertaining. I loved the episode where Rick, Carl, and Michonne find Morgan living on the cusp of sanity. And last week’s episode with the showdown between the Governor and Rick was tense as hell. I admit, at first, I really didn’t care for the casting choice for the Governor given how he is portrayed and how he looks in the comics, but this Morrisey guy is such a great fucking actor that I am beginning to think this TV show Governor arc is far more entertaining than its comic book counterpart. He’s like the perfect bad guy.
I know its basically inevitable the Governor is going to get killed, but I really hope they keep him around as long as possible. He is easily one of the best things that have happened to the show. Andrea, however, needs to die ASAP…annoying as fuck. I hated her since day one. Whoever was responsible for converting her comic book character into the TV show character should be fired if they are not already. Its just amazing the complete 180 the show has made. Does anybody go back and watch any of the episodes from the first season/first half of the second season. It’s like a totally different show…the first season almost feels like something that would air on Sy-Fy…it’s so amateurish with basically no direction or purpose at all. The actors are kinda just meandering through their lines. But ever since that episode involving Rick’s bar room showdown with that group of marauders…I noticed that tonal change, everything is tight, cohesive, stylistic…it almost feels like a movie. I really don’t watch a lot of TV,…I usually would rather watch a movie than watch anything the networks try to pass off as entertainment these days, but I tell ya, The Walking Dead is just one of those shows I cannot miss. |

I'm not entirely joking though. A lot of people bitch about this show (on other forums). Even this past weekend's episode was referred to as "filler". Some people want nothing but killing zombies, which would be old after 30 minutes, let alone episode after episode. I actually kinda LIKE the politicking around over who runs the world in a zombie apocalypse, and hope this prison vs. Woodbury conflict stays around for a bit. I know the comics don't go that way, at least until the point I've read up to. But they're going far away from the comics already, so I don't think they have to stay with those storylines anymore.
