L'orribile segretto di Dr. Hitchcock

Anyone knows this? It's an oldie directed by Riccardo Freda (I Vampiri), very perverse and unbelievably haunting.
Just checked this.

THE TERROR OF DR. HICHCOCK DVD
Starring Barbara Steele, Robert Flemyng, Montgomery Glenn, Teresa Fitzgerald, Harriet White, Spencer Williams. Directed by Robert Hampton (Ricardo Freda). Originally released as: L’orribile segreto del dottor Hichcock. Lovely Barbara Steele is the wife of a demented physician who is haunted by the specter of his first wife who died of a drug overdose. Chilling and perverse, this is the longer British version. Followed by a sequel “The Ghost,” which also stars Barbara Steele. DVD Details: English language; Dolby/Mono. Color. Theatrical Trailer, Bonus trailers. Menu/Scene Selection. Not Rated. Originally released in 1962. Running Time Approx. 88 Minutes. NTSC. Non-Region Coded.
Price: $19.99 Sale Price: $14.99

Any clues on that? I mean, I love the film, but is it complete shite or is it watchable?

I don't know about this company. They seem like Diamond or a Brentwood type of organization, mainly selling bootlegs or PD titles. If we could get some screenshots of the disc then it'd be a different story.

It looks like there will be a DVD release in the (near) future?
At least there's a very good print available.

Recently broadcasted in France:

and the movie was shown recently on a French satellite TV channel of the Canal Plus Group.
It was in Italian, with French subs

We need a Riccardo Freda boxset next!
Now that'd be something!

The Medusa DVD is out now!No English audio or subs but I took the opportunity and made an avatar from the trailer (it's from youtube,so no great quality):

Feel free to use it.I can up it without the "Aiuto" bit as well.

With this film on DVD there's a tiny chance this will get an English friendly release soon, right?

There's a very nice comparison here:
http://dvdfreak.bloudil.cz/freak.php...rhichcock&dz=0

Medusa's release looks stunning.
Does this remind you of Argento's Inferno?:

I want to see this so badly I can almost taste it!
