Whoa, that's awesome!

I always loved this movie back in the day, and have been dying to see it again. I surprisingly don't even have it on VHS.

A little pricey...but since it's numbered/limited, I went ahead and ordered the Blu-ray. Not sure how many it's limited to, but I'd hate to pass them one up!

That's great - good on Lieberman for putting out his own stuff too. I remember dating back to my BLUE SUNSHINE review here - he really cares about his movies still. He cares about the fans too, you can tell by that 2 copy limit he imposed so we don't get any more of those Twilight Time-esque hoardings.

Yeah....sometimes I think he holds his movies a little too high in regard. Afterall, isn't he the reason why the Squirm episode of MST3K hasn't been released on DVD yet?

It's definitely cool he is able to self release Remote Control though.

Crap, I'd really like to get this but that's a steep price. Not saying he shouldn't charge what he's charging as I have no idea what it cost him to put this out, just that I can't afford to drop $35 on a movie.

Woah! Have this on VHS and enjoy it's absurdness. I wonder if he'll be selling these at Cinema Wasteland, so may have to pick one up there if he is in 2 weeks.

Wow! This news came out of nowhere!

I completely adore Remote Control! So underrated, and way better than TerrorVision and Video Dead when it comes to TV / VCR horror.

Also love the gorgeous Deborah Goodrich from April Fool's Day. Wish she had done more genre films, but at least she did these two.

Still... not sure if I can spend $35 on the blu-ray, even though I really really want to. I have the movie on VHS, and it's still in perfect condition. And I kind of have a feeling that this might be the rare movie that is better experienced on VHS, given what the movie is about.

Sounds like a few people here got it, so maybe I'll wait for reviews. Possibly screencaps?

If it looks great, I don't think I'll be able to resist.

Tried to get a review copy, but Lieberman told me he's not giving out review copies for this one. Any reviews will come from people who bought it. Yeah, 35 is too rich for my blood.

Damn, the price is a bit too much with all these pre-orders and bills hanging over my head. Great cult movie! I have the Vhsps "release" but getting this would've been awesome. Oh well maybe Lieberman can get a dvd/blu-ray company to distribute this in the future.
