I haven't really had problems with slip covers. I have had many posters come damaged though. Almost always it is due to poor packaging from the sender.

This year already I have had Blu ray cases damaged in the post. First was my Blu of Deathship from an Amazon marketplace seller. Ok it came from Canada but the packaging wasent very protective. Second was my UK Blu of Django direct from Amazon UK. Again poor packaging. Just a non bubble lined card case with nothing to cushion the contents. Amazon UK do free p&p to UK customers I know but you would expect items to get to you in one piece.
