If you watch the video in the opening comment it's mentioned the director's cut runs about 2 hrs and 40 mins.

No release date yet as he's still got two more releases before this not yet out but I'd estimate Summer/Fall 2013.

I received a message from Jesus...He said he may postpone the two other releases or shift dates to accommodate the BoardingHouse DVD...apparently he's going to Hawaii in a couple of days to do interviews and commentary with John and Kalassu.

He's hoping to have the BoardingHouse DVD on sale on 5/01/2013.

I doubt that many copies will be pressed so this is easily bound to become a collectors item.

Seeing as both Death Nurse releases were limited to 1000 copies, I'm assuming BoardingHouse will be the same.

That just confuses me on what to this of this flick further. Still, I'll probably grab this release out of curiosity if it isn't too expensive.

Thinking and Boardinghouse don't mix very well, it's necessary to turn your brain off to derive any enjoyment out of this one.

It’s an SOV film…the first one ever made to be exact. If you liked Video Violence, Sledge Hammer, or 555. Chances are you’ll probably enjoy BoardingHouse… even though I think BoardingHouse is better than all three of those combined!

Haven't seen those others. Seen video reviews for Video Violence which looked pretty shit. The trailer for Boardinghouse looks decent though.
