They are both worth the purchase. Definate upgrades over the dvds.

Is that recommendation for the new German releases or the Shriek Show Blu rays? I have SS's Zombie Holocaust which is pretty good but have avoided Burial Ground due to bad word of mouth over transfer and a slightly shorter runtime. Talking of runtimes I can remember renting this in the mid 80s in a version that hardly ran one hour as all the gore was cut out and the picture was nearly unwatchable. I hated the movie until I got the uncut DVD and now its one of my favourites

So how do they look? Are they new scans and how do they compare to the SS Blu rays? And above all else is Burial Ground a complete version?

Came and went over at Diabolik. Anyone get a copy? Dying to know if it's an improved transfer.

Wow $43. Would have to b a significant upgrade over the SS Blu ray to warrent that. Austrian Blu rays/DVDs are hard to find on the net.

It is back in stock at Diabolik. Anyone here have this yet? Is it the same transfer as the North American blu? Thanks

Update:

Never mind. Too bad

http://exploderbutton.com/exploder/b...blu-ray-again/

"I’ll keep this short. Can you spot the difference in the shots above? Because I can’t. One is a compressed .jpg from the Media Blasters / Shriek Show Blu-ray of Burial Ground: The Nights of Terror that was released domestically. The other is uncompressed .png from Blu-ray in the just-released dual-format MediaBook of the film issued by Illusions Unltd. in Austria. The order is… oh hell, it doesn’t matter. They’re the same, down to the tiniest speck."

I was under the impression this was the same as the SS Blu minus the lossless soundtrack and deleted scenes reel. Is the transfer still missing frames from the ends of scenes like the SS?

Media Blasters has Zombie 4: After Death being on Blu-Ray on their website, is this a mistake or is there actually going to be a Blu-Ray of Zombie 4?

That Zombie 4 BD has been promised since about 2 years back. It will never happen.
