I heard that this is out of print. However, at work, we have a used copy of this movie and I've heard next to nothing on it. It says "R" on back, but according to DVD Aficionado, the only R1 version is "Unrated." Can any one help me out with this? Is it worth the purchase? Is it really only "R" or "Unrated"? Ahhhh!

It's well worth the purchase, I love the film...classic Full Moon. The DVD is indeed uncut.

It's been released years ago when dvds first came out, then it was re-issued twice more as a stand alone "NR" cut and a version with a bonus movie on the disc.

I usually see this a lot at Sam Goody stores.... usually $9.99 new.

Pick it up, espeicially if it's dirt cheap. The same goes for just about any Full Moon disc!

I bought this EONS ago for $4.98 or seomthing on DDD...had no idea it was rare. Ya learn something everyday.

I've had it for a while. Picked it up for $8 at Media Play. It's definitely worth it.

It's available at DeepDiscountDVD for 5.99 $.
You also can get it at CDUniverse, DVDPacific, DVDPlanet and from a bunch of other stores, so it is not in any way limited or Out of Print.

Wow, didn't know it was still (semi) easy to find. Seeing it listed on DVDAficionado as "OOP" scared me into buying it.... Almost. I'll probably hold off and get it off of DDD. Thanks!

I saw the re-issue at Circuit City the other day. Can't remember what the other movie was, but the other was the cover art and first title, with Castle Freak listed as a bonus.

Great movie, although as my GF pointed out to me, very sad.

One of Full Moon's best offerings IMO.

I don't recall another feature on my version. Was this just on some releases? I'll have to do a re-check on my disk, now.
