Full Moon are releasing it themselves in the US.

So for what I've read from most of you, it's surely a shitty badly-mastered release and all that stuff, no? I-better-stick-with-the-european-disc release, no? Be sincere. Specially, when I already pre-ordered that one from the other side of the Atlantic Sea!

I doubt it's a shitty release. It's just that 88 Films' releases are generally superior to what Full Moon releases themselves here in the US.

The US Blu-rays from Full Moon never have lossless audio for instance, where the 88 Films' releases always do, etc...

But if you had to buy one, would you choose the UK one? Or not? Or both?

The UK release, definitely. I don't even bother with the US Blu-ray releases, since the UK Blu-rays are just always of superior quality.

I'm getting both only because I love this film and don't want to wait around for the import. It's currently up for preorder on Amazon for $17.99, which seems a little pricey for a Full Moon release. Has anything been said about whether or not it's a new master? The DVD looked good for the most part but there's always room for improvement.

Yes, it's a new HD master that will be used for both the US and UK Blu-rays.
